That‘s why we recommend it unreservedly for all conditions and all rider weights! For SS24, we have refined the SUPER HERO to optimise the performance in all conditions. With the SIZE SPECIFIC DRAFT POSITION, sails in sizes 5.0 and larger have a slightly higher draft position to facilitate earlier planning and a lighter feel. Yet in the smaller sizes, the lower, more central draft position remains to give maximum control. This is why the SUPER HERO remains THE ultimate World Cup Wave sail, which always works optimally in all wave conditions around the globe. The SUPER HERO continues to ride very smoothly, is as responsive as a 3-batten sail in float and ride conditions yet has real bite at the decisive moment. The SUPER_HERO is direct when pumping,

planes early, develops real drive on the wave, is stable and offers this special neutrality for superior control thanks to its SIZE SPECIFIC DRAFT POSITION. We have continued to pursue our LIGHT DONE RIGHT CONSTRUCTION, which in 2022 saw a modified panel layout, reinforcement patches with high-strength high-modulus fibres „Made in Germany“ and a new mast sleeve construction, designer Kai Hopf achieved a weight reduction of a clearly noticeable 200 to 300g! Unlike other brands, the thickness of the fabric and film used was not been reduced and thus the well-known durability of the SUPER HERO is fully maintained! That‘s exactly why we call it LIGHT DONE RIGHT CONSTRUCTION. Every single size of the DUOTONE SUPER HERO is perfectly tuned and matured down to the last detail. The batten rotation remains buttery smooth even with minimal clew tension and the top works very actively, swallows hard gusts and supports acceleration.
