Sales Associate, Big Winds

If you’re passionate about winging and kiteboarding, and you want to share that passion, it’s hard to imagine a better perch to do so than with us. This position requires excellent people skills, a voracious appetite for gear, and a keen eye for details. It promises steady hours, lots of grateful customers, and an endless circulation of the latest water toys.

Duration: April 1 – September 15

Perks: A foot in the door with a blossoming business. Team gear deals on wings, kites and e-bikes.

Perks: New work friends, all with similar interests, amid an epic Gorge playground. FUN!

Typical Day: Start at 9 am, finish at 5:00 p.m.

Requirements: Experience in Xcel, Lightspeed and Woo Commerce preferred, but not required.

Strategy and Sales Officer, Oregon E-Bikes

This position prioritizes putting our e-bikes into the hands of more riders near and far. Job duties include building a cohesive marketing strategy across our channels, improving’s reach, and assisting on the sales floor, and with our Live Chat web platform.

Perks: 4 day workweek October through February, health insurance with 75-90% premiums covered, simple IRA with 3% matching, and 7 PTO days year 1 (excludes May – September).

Typical Day: Optional group ride at 7:30 am. Arrive at the shop at 9 am, finish at 5 pm, then hit the water with Big Winds crew.

Requirements: Previous experience in bike and/or e-bike sales or management.
