The tendon provides a positive, direct transfer or rig power into a board, as well as shock absorption for a smooth ride through chop, and for jumping. Chinook’s Quick Release Plate makes it super quick and easy to pop off your mast base while leaving the low-profile plate assembly attached to your board. Less time futzing with gear.
