Trailing Edge: Code-Tec-95p ripstop, slightly heavier than Quad-Tex but used as a single layer instead of two layers of Quad-Tex. That reduces overall weight and makes the kite lighter and more responsive.
Leading Edge: A stiffer Dacron through the central leading edge maintains structural rigidity and control at higher loads, while a more flexible Dacron toward the wingtips enhances torsional flex, steering response and a more dynamic kite feel.
Updated Profile Shaping: Refined shaping improves flight efficiency, lift and low-end usability while maintaining the Pivot’s well-known versatility.
