Rental and Demo Damage Policy

The renter/demo client will be responsible for any new damage to gear that happens when the items have left the shop and are in the care of the renter/demo client. A fee schedule is outlined below to help customers understand their liabilities. All fees must be paid for before leaving the shop when the gear is dropped off (exception major damage requires a Quote for repair or replacement. You will be liable for payment at the time the Quote is available).
