Duotone Foil Tail Shims Set +0.3° +0.6° -0.3° -0.6° (4pcs)

Genuine Duotone foil spare: a 4-piece tail shim set (+0.3°, +0.6°, -0.3° and -0.6°). The shim sits between the fuselage and the stabilizer (tail wing) to fine-tune the tail’s angle of attack, so you can dial in lift, front-foot pressure and glide without changing wings.

• Positive shims (+0.3° / +0.6°): more stabilizer angle for more lift, more pitch stability and more front-foot support. A good starting point for lighter riders, slow conditions or learning.
• Negative shims (-0.3° / -0.6°): less stabilizer angle and less drag for more speed and glide. Duotone suggests these for more experienced riders.

Each shim is marked with its angle and an arrow showing which way it faces. Change one thing at a time, and make sure the shim sits flat before you tighten the stabilizer screws.

Fits: Duotone foils with a separate bolt-on stabilizer, such as the SLS and aluminum fuselage systems (SS24 onward). D/LAB Monobloc fuselages with a built-in tail can’t be shimmed.
