Sales Associate, Big Winds
If you’re passionate about winging and kiteboarding, and you want to share that passion, it’s hard to imagine a better perch to do so than with us. This position requires excellent people skills, a voracious appetite for gear, and a keen eye for details. It promises steady hours, lots of grateful customers, and an endless circulation of the latest water toys.
Duration: April 1 – September 15
Perks: A foot in the door with a blossoming business. Team gear deals on wings, kites and e-bikes.
Perks: New work friends, all with similar interests, amid an epic Gorge playground. FUN!
Typical Day: Start at 9 am, finish at 5:00 p.m.
Requirements: Experience in Xcel, Lightspeed and Woo Commerce preferred, but not required.

SUMMER EMPLOYMENT
Instructors and Rental Staff, Big Winds
Like to work outside in a beautiful location? Love the wind? Love the water? You’ll get plenty working at Big Winds! We are in need of Windsurf and Wing Foil instructors for our lessons and kids camp programs, as well as rental staff to help set-up customers on the right gear and ensure our customers are met with a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
Perks: Choose a 4 or 5 day work week. Use of rental gear during your time off (excluding peak times).
More Perks: Build a community with a group of amazing outdoor enthusiasts.
Typical Day Instructors: 10:30AM set-up and customer meet and greet, Lessons run from 11AM-1PM & 2PM-4PM, day end around 4:30PM or when clean-up is complete.
Typical Day Rental Staff: 10:00AM lesson set-up, Rentals from 11AM – 4:30PM, day end around 5PM or when clean-up is complete.
Requirements: Previous experience in wind sports recommended, but we make some exceptions for enthusiastic individuals with an instruction background or hard work ethic!
