OVERVIEW
Built from lightweight carbon and measuring 84 cm, the eMast D/LAB is the lightest and most advanced model in the Foil Assist lineup. Designed for unparalleled performance and control, the D/LAB emast has a slim, low-drag profile that ensures playful and precise turning, exceptional rigidity, and maximum speeds.
The motor pod is seamlessly molded into the mast profile, positioned 17 cm below the top plate, minimizing drag even during touchdowns. It features a two-blade folding propeller that reduces drag for effortless gliding on the wave. Thanks to the integrated gear system, the propeller unfolds instantly, providing a smooth transition as you kick out of the wave and power back out.
The eMast mounts to your board and fuselage just like a conventional foil mast and is compatible with most brands’ foilboards.
For optimal battery performance, pair the eMast with a front wing of at least 900 cm² and a board with a minimum volume of 35 L.
The eMast D/LAB features a 3BS connection and is compatible only with Duotone foils and Armstrong foils when used with our specially designed fuselage.

TECH FEATURES
LOW DRAG THROUGH SEAMLESS INTEGRATION
The fully integrated motor pod, fixed at 17 cm below the top plate, and internally routed cables optimize glide and maneuverability, while allowing for easy assembly.
EXTREMELY LOW DRAG
The slim and extremely low drag profile ensures maximum performance for the intended foiling discipline. The super slim base plate design minimizes drag while pumping up on the foil, landing and touching down significantly.
TURNING BEHAVIOR
The riding characteristics of the eMast D/LAB same as the Mast Slim 2.0 D/LAB are extremely playful. The High Modulus Carbon fiber enables precise turning.
DIFFERENT BOOST OPTIONS
Customize your ride with different propellers — plastic or aluminum — to dial in your perfect setup. Choose between powerful assistance that enables you to ride smaller foils and perform sharper turns, or go for a smoother boost for easy takeoffs and foiling.
MODULAR DESIGN
Every component of the Foil Assist system is cross-compatible with the other eMast options, making it easy to expand your setup. The Foil Assist Mast D/LAB can be mounted to any brand’s foilboard with standard US foil tracks. Because of the molded 3BS connection at the base plate, it is compatible only with Duotone foils and the specially designed fuselage for Armstrong foils.
FOLDING PROPELLOR FOR LOW DRAG
The two-blade folding propeller reduces drag, allowing for effortless gliding on the wave. Thanks to its integrated gear system, the propeller unfolds instantly, providing a smooth transition as you kick out of the wave and power back out.
RELIABLE SIGNAL TRANSMISSION
The Bluetooth connection between the remote and the Foil Assist system is very stable, as the receiver is integrated into the lid of the battery box. This design prevents the connection from being interrupted by water.

It can take 48 hours for tracking info to display. Rest assured, your package is en route. Make sure to enter the BOL # (Bill of Lading) with no spaces in the tracking field.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico?
Yes, we have shipped to these locations for decades by quote. Please share your address, the item(s) you needed shipped, and if an airport cargo depot pickup is possible.
Canada and International Locations?
We ship to Canada lots, and the Caribbean some. Get a quote. We rarely ship items to Europe, Asia, and Australia as it's spendy. Quotes for international orders do not include import duties.
How Can I Be Sure My Board Arrives Intact?
Opt for our $99 "To Nearby Airport" shipping option at checkout. It relies on passenger planes, and offers our safest delivery. More far below.
What if My Board Arrives Damaged?
We'll work with our shipping partner to get you a repair credit or a replacement board. Please send photos of the damaged board (and box) to shipping@bigwinds.com.

But no foot straps, fins, or vent plug?
Look closely through the packaging. Fins, foot straps and vent plugs are often concealed in a sheath of cardboard that's easy to discard. Also, check inside the board box, and shake the box to be sure. You'll likely dislodge a small box containing the missing items.

We'll work with freight partners for the lowest possible rate. Delivery time is 7-10 business days. Quotes typically land in the $350 - $500 range, though Big Winds will often cover a portion of this fee. Get a quote.
International Board Delivery
Board shipping rates for most international destinations are extremely pricey. But we can ship boards to Canada for as low as $275 plus duties and taxes. We can also stow your board for an upcoming Gorge visit, and help with a board bag and packing materials to ensure it flies home with you safely.
