Technobutter 4 Firewall utilizes the recycled graphene fibers in a light and soft thermal layer to create a fire hot feedback loop. As the body heat warms the graphene fibers, they conduct the heat back into the body.

TB4 AIR FIREWALL

TB4 Air Firewall is the next great thermal breakthrough made better with trapped pockets of air. It uses a special lamination process paired with a core of aerated neoprene and a graphene fiber jersey to create the toastiest conditions.

Technobutter 4

TB4 builds on the legendary Technobutter 3, the next evolution of the jersey introduces recycled yarns infused with graphene for increased wear strength and heat retention.

TB4 Firewall

Solvent-Free Lamination

O’Neill worked with our key manufacturing partner to develop non-solvent based lamination glue called “Aqua-Alpha”.

Dope Dye Yarn

Dope Dyeing infuses color pigment to the fiber filaments before being spun into yarn. This saves tremendous amounts of water while reducing energy consumption and water pollution.
