The smaller size keeps the system lighter and more responsive underfoot resulting in more natural through turns, easier take-off, and a more lively ride when pumping between sections or connecting waves. With less mass/swing weight in the front of the unit, the board feels easier to turn, pump, redirect, and unweight. For pumping, surfing, downwinding, wing, and parawinging, this makes a noticeable difference.
The low profile shape of the Mini Pod adopts the smaller form factor of integrated masts while remaining 100% removable, meaning it’s the perfect upgrade if you’re seeking full adaptability, simpler install and improvement to ride feel without committing to an integrated mast.

Will the Mini Pod fit my mast?
The Mini Pod is designed to fit almost every mast on the market. Three strap sizes combined with a 7-position ladder adjustment system on the Inner Pod give you a wide range of fitment options. Most masts use the Medium strap. If your mast falls outside these dimensions or has an unusual shape, we recommend visiting your nearest dealer to check fitment in person.
Do I need to tape the cable?
Yes. The included Mast Cable Guide helps route your motor cable neatly, but you’ll also need electrical tape (not included) to secure it to the mast. This is important for a smooth, vibration-free ride and to keep the cable clear of the propellers. Check the system manual for full taping instructions.

V2 High Power Motor: Your customers may have a V1 Motor and need to upgrade for compatability
Removable Cable: They may have an integrated mast, and be purchasing to try a different motor position
